On Our Wedding Day, My Fiancé’s 5-Year-Old Son Ran to the Altar and Shouted, ‘Dad, You Already Have a Wife!’ and Pointed at a Woman Sitting in the Back Row

I thought I was walking toward the happiest day of my life. Then, in the middle of our wedding ceremony, my fiancé’s five-year-old son ran to the altar, pointed to a woman in the back row, and shouted:
“Dad, you already have a wife!”
At first, everyone laughed nervously, assuming he was confused.
But my fiancé didn’t laugh.
His face went pale. His hand turned cold in mine.
Then I turned and saw a woman standing in the back of the church… staring directly at him before trying to run out the doors.
I chased her down in my wedding dress and demanded answers.
That’s when she told me the truth.
She wasn’t legally married to Andrew, but they had secretly exchanged vows years earlier. Worse, she wasn’t dead like he’d told me.
She was Liam’s real mother.
Andrew had lied about everything because his wealthy family didn’t approve of her. I was the “acceptable” woman — the public fiancée with the perfect wedding and respectable background.
Meanwhile, the woman he actually loved was hidden away in private.
The most heartbreaking part?
Little Liam thought he was helping by telling the truth.
When I asked him later if he’d done something bad, he looked at me with tears in his eyes.
“No, sweetheart,” I told him. “You did absolutely nothing wrong.”
Then I walked away from the altar… and straight into a completely different future.
