She Tried to “Heal” Me on Our First Date

I went on a date with a girl, and everything seemed normal—until my stomach suddenly started acting up. Thinking it was just bad timing, I excused myself and went to the bathroom.
When I came out, the waiter pulled me aside and quietly said, “I saw her put something in your food.”
My stomach dropped—but not just because of whatever I had already eaten.
I went back to the table, kept it calm, and casually offered her a bite of my meal. She immediately refused. That was all I needed.
So I told her straight up: “The waiter said you put something in my food.”
She didn’t even deny it.
Instead, she calmly explained that she added some “magic healing powder” because my “energy felt off.” According to her, it was just spirulina—something natural, something “good for me.”
Then she casually added that she had also mixed some into my water.
That explained my stomach.
I just sat there, stunned. Not because of what it was—but because she thought it was okay to secretly put anything in my food without telling me.
I left right after.
Lesson learned: it doesn’t matter how “natural” or “healthy” something is—if someone is messing with your food without your consent, that’s a massive red flag.
