A modest man, hospitalized for tests, suffered digestive issues that led to an embarrassing accident. Mistaking an urgent need as another false alarm, he soiled his bed. Mortified, he panicked, grabbed the soiled sheets, and threw them out the hospital window. Below, a drunk stumbling by was hit by the sheets, startling him. He flailed, cursed, and freed himself from the smelly mess. A security guard, barely containing laughter, approached and asked what happened. The drunk, staring at the heap, replied earnestly, “I think I just beat the sh!t out of a ghost.”
